Know Your Rights Before You Play

Welcome to WN999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and WN999 ("WN999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the WN999 website at wn999.ws and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, PSL betting, poker, roulette, slots and fishing games.

By registering an account on WN999, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the WN999 platform.

WN999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continuing to use the WN999 platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend revisiting this page periodically.

To open and maintain a WN999 account you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. WN999 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at registration or at any point during your membership.
• You must be the individual whose details are provided during registration. You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You may hold only one WN999 account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered from the same household, IP address or payment method — will be closed and any balances held within them will be forfeited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with WN999 or any other gaming operator at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information. WN999 may require supporting identity documents (CNIC copy, bank statement, proof of address) to verify your details.

WN999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Approved accounts are personal to the registered holder and are non-transferable.

All WN999 account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). WN999 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside WN999's control.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Accepted methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard debit cards.
• Deposits via mobile wallets typically credit to your WN999 balance within 60 seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will trigger a review.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your WN999 account or to a verified account in your name.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are processed within approximately 15 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within the same business day.
• WN999 may request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection of any suspicion regarding your account.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. See Section 4 for bonus terms.

WN999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer.

• Wagering Requirement: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses awarded by WN999 carry a 30× wagering requirement on the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in eligible wagers before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, roulette and PSL betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of award unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are removed from the account automatically.
• Bonus Stacking: Only one bonus can be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking. Accepting a new bonus while a previous one is active and unfulfilled may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Withdrawal Before Completion: If you choose to withdraw real-money funds before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, WN999 will remove the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings from your balance before processing the withdrawal.
• Abuse: WN999 monitors bonus usage patterns. Players found to be abusing bonuses — including through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or any coordinated strategy designed to extract bonus value without normal gameplay risk — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

All bets placed on WN999 — whether on PSL cricket, other sports markets or casino games — are subject to the following rules:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when WN999's system confirms the transaction with a unique bet reference number. Bets are not valid without this confirmation.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake on all WN999 sports betting markets is Rs 200. Casino game minimum bets vary by title and are displayed within the game interface.
• Odds Changes: Pre-match odds are locked at the moment of acceptance. In-play odds fluctuate continuously — the odds displayed at the instant of bet placement are the odds applied to the bet.
• Palpable Errors: WN999 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to a clear technical error (e.g., a decimal point error resulting in odds of 100.0 where the correct odds are 1.00). Such voids will be accompanied by a full refund of the stake.
• Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned before the conditions for settlement are met, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Specific conditions for each sport are detailed in WN999's Sport-Specific Rules, accessible from the betting section.
• Casino Game Results: All WN999 casino games operate on certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Results are final and cannot be contested on the basis of outcome alone.
• Maximum Payout: WN999 applies a maximum single-bet payout of Rs 50,00,000 (fifty lakh rupees) unless otherwise stated for a specific market. Accumulator maximum payouts are calculated as the sum of component maximum payouts.

WN999 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to every registered player free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon setting and can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses over a defined period. Same cooling-off rules apply to increases.
• Session Time Reminders: Pop-up notifications after a set period of continuous gameplay.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen displays showing time elapsed and net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request exclusion from WN999 for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During exclusion, no new accounts may be opened and all marketing communications are suspended.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WN999 account credentials. WN999 recommends the following practices:

• Use a unique, strong password for your WN999 account — at least 12 characters combining upper and lower case letters, numbers and a symbol.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with another person, including WN999 support staff. WN999 will never ask for your password.
• Log out after each session if using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately by contacting WN999 support via live chat or email at support@wn999.ws.

WN999 will not be held liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials with a third party or failing to maintain reasonable account security practices. All activity conducted using your account credentials is considered your responsibility unless you have reported a breach to WN999 before the relevant activity occurred.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the WN999 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through associates.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors — any such exploits must be reported to WN999 immediately.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt betting on sporting events.
• Money laundering or using the WN999 platform to conceal the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live table games or any competitive game mode.
• Charging back deposits after using the funds to place bets or claim bonuses.
• Harassment or abuse of WN999 staff or other players via any communication channel.

WN999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using WN999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.

In summary, WN999 collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC compliance).
• Processing deposits and withdrawals and preventing financial fraud.
• Operating and improving the WN999 platform and game library.
• Delivering promotional communications (which you may opt out of at any time).
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention.
• Compliance with legal obligations including anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

WN999 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies as required by law. Full details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

WN999 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While WN999 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available, accurate and secure, the following limitations apply:

• WN999 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or internet connectivity issues outside its direct control.
• WN999 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security as described in Section 7.
• WN999's maximum liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes WN999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Players acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. WN999 does not guarantee winnings, and past results on the platform are no indication of future outcomes.

WN999 reserves the right to amend, supplement or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page with an updated "last updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights, WN999 will provide notice via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect, where practical.

Your continued use of the WN999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your account before the change takes effect by contacting WN999 support.
